I just added a new BB code to display your characters skill trees
{tor}401.1{/tor} replace {} with []
401.1 is the id of your character skill tree on TorHead
I was hoping to design my own but since I dont have a working copy, I'm unable to pull the data and create the database. I will work on this during the spring.
try it and let me know if it works. i am unable to access that site at work
To use it you need to take the hash tag at the end of the skill calculator's URL to display the same build on the forum.
So let's say (randomly built spec) http://www.torhead.com/skill-calc#300bcRRRdcdkqZrcoM.1 to use it on the forums I'd take everything after the # and put it in the middle of the BBCode tags.

Are you ready for Star Wars: The Old Republic launch?
The final weekend beta test is complete. The theme for this past beta test was server load testing. Over all I think things went incredibly well as far as server load. I was on the recieving end of one particular lag spike in the middle of fighting in an heroic instance, While I suffered no lag, the three others with me did, and I suddenly pulled all aggro, hence a bloody gruesome death resulted.
My first hand impressions of the game are mixed based on making it to level 21 with one toon. The story arc for each class that I tested were very good indeed. The beginning quests were well thought out, and it seemed one was always moving forward.
Graphically, even though I was running everything at medium levels, the game didn't disappoint. After realizing that I wasn't getting any video lag with all of the players on server, I increased some of the settings. While I was only able to get 59 fps,... [Read More]

I have made a huge step forward in the right direction. the *MaFiA* database has been imported to the new site. I can now work on a live site and watch it develop. *MaFiA*, JeepGoon, and RockCrawl members can visist the site to watch the design elements being added. The site is in BETA testing as I still have a ton of work ahead of me. But the largest and more aggrivating snag is behind me now.

That's right! JeepGoon, RockCrawl, and The MaFiA Network web communities have announced they will combine their efforts and merge into one social medium.
I founded *MaFiA* in October 2000 which has become a close knit group of online gamers from around the world. Many of the original founding members are still active in a variety of online games. Over the past 4 years I have also developed a passion for rock crawling, trail riding and doing it all in Jeeps. I will be combining these 2 passions into one community. I have been thinking of this for a while and feel the time is right to combine all my efforts and build 1 site.
